Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Purchasing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the procurement process, monitoring inventory levels, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing of quality materials, products, and services. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, supply chain expertise, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchases to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Supervise, train, and direct purchasing team
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
